Well aware that being part of a work force is often a key factor in a successful immigration, the Sala Legal practice collaborates regularly with the Sanon Consulting firm. Founded by Mrs. Betty Sanon, certified industrial relations counsellor (CRIC) and with nearly 15 years of experience in human resources, the firm offers newcomers support services in job searching, resume writing, interview simulations and many more.
The firm also provides human resource outsourcing services to employers to help organizations, teams and individuals work in a healthy work environment. Their motto: Happy employees are more productive, more involved, more proactive and more efficient.
Concerned with the well-being of its clients, our firm invites any woman struggling with a difficult situation to contact the Front Line Services of the Women’s Center of Montreal located on the Plateau Mont-Royal. As an entryway to the Women’s Center of Montreal, the Front Line Services offers women a place where they can receive support in complete confidentiality and with respect. In order to assist as many women as possible, they offer their services in French, English, Arabic, Spanish and Creole. The Center provides women in Canada and elsewhere with basic services that promote their personal, social, psychological and economic independence.
The firm regularly collaborates with Talent Immigrant, whose mission is to nurture immigrant talent, facilitate their social and professional integration and encourage them to get involved in their new society. With this in mind, the organization regularly organizes networking activities aimed to mobilizing all professionals with an immigrant background in order to help them develop a support network for everybody.
Given the stakes of the international mobility of students and workers, Maitre Blandine Sala collaborates regularly with her French counterpart, Maitre Christel Boissel, founder of the Cabinet CBAvocats based in Paris, in order to offer high legal security and foolproof responsive services. In addition to her specialty in French business law, the firm also offers advice and takes care of visa applications for Canadian students and workers who wish to immigrate to France.
